Made of standard quality brass, this 115 V AC Modulating Actuator is a type of automated control valve which is used to manage the flow of water/oil/steam/gas. Its mechanism involves, sending the control signal to its actuator regarding the movement of its stem. An electric voltage or air pressure is used to send such a control signal.  The current flow rate controlled by this actuator is measured by a flow meter from downstream.  The measured flow rate value is sent to a control computer that generates the required signal by applying logic. The produced signal is used to adjust the position of the actuator until the required flow rate is achieved.  Offered 115 V AC Modulating Actuator is suitable for high pressure based application with 300 lb rated load at 8.4 in/min speed.
